Undertook a Powerlifting course and also a few 1:1 sessions with coach Matt Smets to become stronger and learn how to be more proficient in all my lifts. Before the powerlifting course I started with these numbers.
S: 105KG
B: 70KG (touch and Go)
D: 140KG
After the 8 weeks I hit PB’s in all of the lifts as follows:
S: 125KG (With a hell of alot more in the tank)
B: 75KG (Paused)
D: 160KG
Thereafter I have since lifted the following:
S: 140KG
B: 80KG
D: 180KG
