I have attended Matt's Boot Camp and it is a great experience.
It is challenging, fun, good workout and addresses different muscle groups.
I am doing a lot of fitness activities (at least 4 times a week) and Matt didn't fail to get me sweatty every Thursday. The only downfall is that there wasn't a second day bootcamp :D
