Sm Guitar Lessons

I have been having electric guitar lessons from Simon for just over a year. He is a great teacher and I have progressed a lot over this time gaining my grade 1 with merit. I would highly recommend Simon as a teacher. Joe Daly

Simon has been teaching our 12 year old son for the past year. One of the things we really like is that he always seems to find alternative ways of solving a problem or breaking a sticking point. Simon is a brilliant tutor. He goes at the student’s pace. He has excellent musical knowledge as well as an ability to teach technique. He has a very calm and patient approach. He makes our son more motivated and he really enjoys lockdown lessons online and our son has improved since starting lessons online with him.

Although I do not play myself, Simon has been teaching my 9 year old son for nearly 2 years now! He is doing fantastically and is working his way through his music medals! Simon has great patience with a tremendous amount of music knowledge! He is brilliant with children and like I say I couldn’t be happier with his service! Should be 10 stars but they only score up to 5.

My experience with Simon is very good. I am self taught and needed some guidance on technique and bit of music theory. He has quickly found out things i need to work on and made lessons enjoyable but also making sure its done the right way or finding a way if something proves quite difficult. Even in a short space of time i feel i have improved, making me feel better about my playing and wanting to learn and do more.
