About the Course

The course is a 5 week interactive, self guided programme to support you on your journey to truly giving permission to your own vocal authority. During the course, you will be given a toolbox of methods including, loving and nourishing Embodied Voicework exercises, meditations and affirmation journeys, to learn how to step into your Empowered Feminine Voice. On this programme you will explore:
