I've been a regular at simplicity fitness for a number of years now and the results have been outstanding. I am now healthier, happier & more active than at any time in my career as a largely desk bound academic, fulfilling a life ambition to scale some of the UK's highest peaks on multi-day hiking trips. Graham not only provides the means & motivation to get fitter, but also provides the wider rationale around why it's important to discover and tap into one's personal values.

Three indoor training sessions a week over the last 3 months has improved my strength no end and I'm getting back to my old self. Great knowledgeable support in all aspects whenever needed, good structured sessions that take everyones needs into account and all in a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

If you are looking for long term life changing ways to weight loss and increased fitness. Then these are the guys to go to. Small, friendly, non-intimidating gym. Highly recommend them following the coaching I have been and continue to have with them.

I've been training with Simplicity Fitness for about 6 months now. They've helped me hit every goal I asked for so far, I wanted to work on core strength the results have certainly been delivered in terms of increased strength, visibly different shape (my waist has come in in size my lats got up and my glutes and legs look far more toned). My running year hasn't been great due to illness but all the work in the gym is paying off when I run and it has majorly helped with off road work and hill...

Brilliant facility and the trainers all know there stuff, their knowledge is fantastic and they are always happy to help in any way. Great place highly recommend.
