  • I've been doing the Simple Session programme for 1 month now and I love it. The varied workouts stop me from becoming bored and I like that the online system helps me keep track of my progress, progress which I am already seeing!   • I have been using Simple Sessions for over a few months now and honestly very impressed with everything As a Personal Trainer myself, staying on a routine was always something I was bad at, having simple Sessions with it's daily exercises and routines makes it easy for me to know what to do and more importantly easier to stay motivated and consistent.
