I'm a middle aged guy, unfit after lockdown. I have used Simon for over six months and have noticed a real difference. Not only am I stronger, but Simon focuses on balance and skills (such as skipping). As a result I stand taller and feel more confident. Simon has a great style, sympathetic when it's going badly, encouraging whenever it goes well. A real positive, I'd recommend him to anyone.

I have attended Simon's classes for a couple of months now and would highly recommend them to anyone. The classes are small, allowing Simon to focus on the individual and the atmosphere is good. Exercises are the right amount of challenging and changed to keep things interesting. After a couple of classes you can feel the result. I particularly like the focus on balance and coordination as well as increasing fitness.

I've recently started group Fitness Classes with Simon on a Saturday morning. Having done no real exercise for decades I was a little nervous about joining a class, but very glad I decided to give it a try. Simon and his other clients are all very welcoming, friendly and non-judgemental. The class I attend is perfect for individuals who are new to exercise and need guidance on how to start to get fitter in a safe way. Simon' classes are fun and relaxed and he tries to vary some of the act...

I will highly recommend Simon as a personal trainer. I have been taking part in group sessions tailored for gentlemen who haven't seen the inside of a gym in ages. Simon plans the sessions with great care taking all capabilities into account, whilst always making sure we push ourselves. I have seen improvement in my fitness levels since starting with Simon.
