  • The best karate club from London to Swindon. Training for all age groups and all levels of advancement. Traditional Shotokan karate, weapons training, self-defense techniques, endurance exercises, Kumite fighting.

  • Since joining Silwood Park karate club 11 months ago, our two children have really progressed. The sessions are a mix of learning self-defence, karate techniques and karate-related games. Their confidence and fitness have massively improved whilst they have lots of fun. I recommend Silwood Park if you child has an interest in karate or you are looking to improve their confidence.

  • I asked Silwood Park Karate to run a birthday party for my son in June 2014. We were not disappointed. The instructors engaged all of the children with a wide range of creative activities. Since that party my son and I have both been attending classes with Silwood Park. We even went on the club camping trip to the New Forest in September 2014!   • My son joined in September 2014 and looks forward to his class each week. The classes are mixed ability but provide structured progress with higher grades helping lower grades allowing Sensei Dan to achieve the best out of everyone. I would recommend anyone to give it a try especially with amazing offers of free classes for new joiners that crop up regularly.

He has always found the lessons fun, challenging, and rewarding and over the last two years his general confidence, coordination and fitness have all progressed alongside his karate training.
