Just had my first facial hair laser with Francis,a very enjoyable experience. She was friendly and professional and explained each step of the treatment, so I knew exactly what was happening. Offered advice on products to get the most out of the treatment, which I purchased afterwards. Left with glowing skin and looking forward to the next one. Have been to 3 different laser clinic, this one is the best.
