Since training with Rich my father and I have noticed an exceptional improvement in our strength, fitness knowledge and overall confidence. Rich has created personalised workout plans for us to follow outside of sessions and provides us with alot of valuable nutritional advice. He is a great trainer who challenges you whilst making sessions entertaining and I would highly recommend him.

Richard is a fantastic personal trainer. In just under 3 months I was able to lose 2 stone from following a workout routine and a calorie controlled eating plan. I have trained with Richard on and off for over 2 years and currently I have on average 4 hours per week 121 training. Very quickly I learned that Richard is an highly skilled personal trainer that I was able to trust completely when training. He knows how hard to push me, I feel safe and my confidence in my ability has grown immeasurably. Training with Rich in his studio is also fun, we laugh a lot and it definitely is not a gym chore.
