Excellent training in the traditional art of Silat – comprising of a friendly group of students along with good training equipment. The instructor is clear and concise in demonstrations - making things easy to follow when training. Learning and understanding the history and culture of silat makes this even more interesting. Highly recommend this school and art if you want to train hard and achieve your goals!
