The best self-defence Japanese martial art! Love the good balance of training - cardio warm up, basic, technical, meditation and philosophy…etc. The teacher is highly skilled and experienced, senior people also help junior, you’re looked after. I’ve been practicing it about 4 years and am always happy. It’s the good way to self-esteem. Highly recommend!

It is great value for money. You get a 1 hour 45minute class for £10. Classes are interesting which includes a warm-up, group practice, meditation, philosophy, pair form practice and individual practice. Your mind and body are developed.
