This is a great sailing club with easy access to the sea from a private slipway protected by the harbour. Racing on Sundays and Wednesdays, youth training on Saturdays. A real community where everyone is very happy to help. Shoreham is a busy working harbour, but still offers protected sailing in the river... with "propper" sailing for dinghys out to Brighton and Worthing.
Have been a member for a couple of years now. Mark runs a great improvers group for all ages. Very friendly club. Lots of people willing to share their knowledge. Don't race myself, but there's a good racing community too. Love the club.

Shoreham sailing club is great. I am fed up with my Google phone following me around and asking me to review places I have been to. So the Google phone uses your GPS and follows you everywhere. I am going back to a push button.
Was a member for 15 years. Bit cliquey. You have to make sure you have the right boat in the right fleet. Best place to launch on in Sussex for 50 miles in either direction.
A great place to sail from with sheltered launching and easy access to the sea. A very friendly club which welcomes all new members and has some great facilities - racing is on on Sunday and Wednesday evening.
