Vicki's class was amazing. Alongside the breathing and visualisations we also learnt a lot about the science. All together it gave my wife and I all the tools we needed for a great birthing experience. Highly recommend

I recently completed Vicki’s hypnobirthing course over the summer and really enjoyed it. It was extremely informative and a genuinely positive experience I looked forward to each week. I can’t wait to put everything I learnt into practice when my baby arrives next month. The gifted shoreham hypnobirthing bag we all received at the start of the course with all the affirmation cards and printed guide was a lovely touch too and I know it’s something I will reflect back on for future pregnancies....

Vicki’s course was fantastic. We really enjoyed it and learnt a lot. We particularly enjoyed the guided meditations and positive birth stories. It really helped to demystify birth and eradicate fear associated with labour. The course helped us create our birth plan and I’m sure all the Hypnobirthing techniques learnt will help us massively in the birth of our baby girl. Highly recommend!

We recently finished a private hypnobirthing course with Vicki - it was the best thing we ever did! We have recently finished a hypnobirthing course of 4 sessions with Vicki.
