Decided I wanted to improve my fitness, but didn't fancy doing the same thing every class. Joined Wu Yin Quan in June 2019, and have thoroughly enjoyed and seen a great improvement in my fitness levels. Shifu (James) Waters is really welcoming. I was a beginner in class with a range of other standards and I feel challenged, comfortable and energised. The classes vary each time - training vital skills and learning new applications and forms.
