Sherwood Phoenix

The best piano shop ever as far as I am concerned. They have a huge range of pianos for all tastes and requirements. Every member of staff I have dealt with are friendly and very knowledgeable. The main benefit of Sherwood Phoenix in my opinion is the lack of a stuffy, snobby attitude towards music and pianos. They are very welcoming and don’t mind you playing on their beautiful instruments. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Great places with a massive variety of pianos, grand pianos and digital ones. The customer service is top notch. Very helpful and knowledgeable but not too pushy by all means. I was greated by Chris who answered my questions tip top, and then left me to free roam on my own and I was able to play any piano I wanted and was reassured then, if I will have any question Chris is there to assist. A great shop full of amazing guitars and musical instruments. If only the friendliness of the staff mirrored the stock. Was unaware of the shop until today when I needed some emergency strings for a gig and was pleasantly suprised how nice it is. Tried sparking conversation but the guy was short and abrupt with me. Like he didn't want me in there. I could understand if I was a oik of a smack head or something. Maybe he was having a bad day as other reviews suggest super friendly guys....still...

Genuinely lovely group of people with a vast amount of experience and knowledge in their area. They do not try to sell, but suit the piano to the person regardless of your skill. The sheer number, quality and range of grand and upright pianos in this unbelievable place is just amazing - you really have to see it for yourself to understand.
