This has been a life changing experience for me a few years back my legs were getting weak so decided to face my fears and get into a pool after 40yrs out and dolphins aqua and their float aides plus hoist lift has anabled me to really strengthen my legs through the aqua class and have a great time moving to the music I can't wait to get back in water after Christmas
