Shenda really takes the time to build a strong rapport with all of her clients and gets to know everyone. She is very supportive, but equally, you work hard during her classes. She tailors every session, so it never gets boring and the chat and banter makes time fly by. Can't recommend Shenda’s classes highly enough.

Shenda is a brilliant personal trainer. Her Bootcamps are great because Shenda works you hard but her upbeat personality always adds a level of enjoyment to the whole session whilst you are sweating! Shenda always makes her sessions interesting and engaging, and the results she achieves are impressive. I would definitely recommend Shenda as a trainer, that is for sure.

Wonderful trainer. Makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to explain the benefit of each exercise we built into my plan, making sure I have everything just right so I can continue the work at home. I genuinely look forward to my sessions with Shenda. She’s also a wonderful person and lots of fun.

Shenda's bootcamps are amazing. I like having a different workout every week. They are also really fun, Shenda's stories make the hour go by really quickly. After doing the bootcamp for a month, I signed up for personal training and I started seeing results really soon after. I cannot speak highly enough of her work!
