What can I say? Caylan was brilliant with our little Scooby. He was resource guarding like crazy and getting aggressive. She taught us how to listen to him which we found to be the most important thing. He's like a different dog, so affectionate and is learning to give things up quickly. He also understands the word no now which I never thought I'd say! Thanks for all your help, we really appreciate it.

Recently begin using SWS for weekly dog walks. My dog is lead reactive to other dogs, but fine and friendly off lead. He's come back each time happy and tired. Photos and video clips shared of walks are useful, coupled with pointers for working on the reactivity. Early days but feeling positive we can finally amend this issue. Very happy with service given.

Ceylan is exceptional with dogs, very knowledgable on training and traits of different breeds, she has multiple ideas to try with lead walking and recalls. She has recommended foods, helped my dog with biting and jumping up and also with toilet training as a puppy. She got the kids involved in the training with fun ways.
