I brought my 12 year old child to have their ears pierced, it was a fantastic experience. Shelley was really warm and friendly, very high on hygiene. She took her time to explain everything in detail and was fastidious about getting the piercing spots exactly right. She made my child feel confident and much less nervous because she took time and explained everything she was doing. Definitely 5 star service.
