I worked with Shelley after Covid left me unable to do my usual fitness activities. Shelley helped me to reconnect with my body and focus on what I could do rather than what I couldn't. Shelley is a wonderfully caring and educated yoga teacher. Yoga therapy has helped me through some challenges this year and helped me to feel balanced and grounded and it's done with such compassion. Shelley and her one to one yoga therapy have been instrumental in beginning my recovery journey following a traumatic life event. Shelley tailors each session and practice to where I am physically and mentally at that moment, building a repertoire of tools to reduce anxiety, lift mood, motivate and to relax and sleep. I’ve been working one to one with Shelly at MOY for two years now and it’s not an over exaggeration to say it’s changed my life! Thoroughly recommend Shelley. She is empathetic, efficient, knowledgeable and quickly gets to the root of issues. Making suggestions and adjustments to allow you to make maximum progress. You need her in your life, it will be much better. The Ministry of Yoga is also amazing a really safe and comfortable place to be.
