Renewed my season ticket 3 April, young girl with the personality of a robot was very unhelpful when asking about a vacant seat for my 5yr old grandson next to me she did not seem to have a clue and even asked where my seat was even though she'd just done my ticket renewal, as a blade for 60 yrs and a season ticket holder for 40 i expect a bit better , no season ticket by the way for disappointed young blade .

It was great. The quarter-final against Balckburn was very tense, excellent football.

A real atmosphere all around the ground. The staff are always very helpful and polite. There are few real football grounds left that has this kind of feeling and atmosphere! Just brilliant!

A very underrated ground for me Bramall Lane is totally inclosed on 3 sides the other corner is filled with administrative offices makes it a great ground with character over all its a decent day out and on the plus side its only 10 mins walk from the train station .An intresting fact that Bramall Lane is the oldest major football ground in the world
