Love the games and go as much as possible, but the shop is a joke. Game day is so busy you don't get chance to buy anything. Went down today as it says open on Google, but it's closed. Had called, but you get no answer. Don't want to buy online as not sure of the size jerseys I want. Frustrating when I want to buy 3 shirts..... Please make it easier to buy merchandise.....

Just wanted to say what a brilliant night we all had on Saturday at the game against the devil's. Really wish we lived closer to Sheffield because we'd be there every game. Absolutely superb entertainment.

Decent stadium with tons of parking. You can book cheaper parking with your event ticket. The stadium is the home to the Sheffield Steelers but also hosts gigs and other events. The seating is ok; not too comfy. The food is pretty bad - what you'd expect at this sort of place. Overpriced fat & carbs. The views were pretty good and the acoustics are fantastic. You really feel involved with the game.

TOP family evening out! Ticks the boxes for every generation. Love the atmosphere, team is amazing and I've just got my first season ticket. The food is good but the queues long, TIP: Download the SIV app and order your food ahead for collection, with the app you get discounts too so a hot dog is £4 instead of £5.

Great atmosphere and very friendly staff and supporters. Enjoyed the bits in between play (dance competition cam and crowd kiss cam) and will definitely be returning for another game. The drinks and food are arena prices (£5.50 a pint, £5 a hotdog and £2.50 for a brew) so budget for it or eat before. Parking was on site, a short walk from the arena and the staff were organised and friendly. £5 if booked in advance or £7 on the night. Getting out was easier and surprisingly quicker than expected.
