Nic who is Shaw to Succeed is a first rate personal trainer and brings that perfect combination of toughness and understanding. Toughness that she drives you to do the extra set of squats (she does like those), to hold the plank for longer and/or to hold the position for longer whilst also listening and being mindful of your individual needs and abilities. I first met Nic around 2 years ago, she came to me for a sports massage treatment. We hit it off and I don't started using her services as a personal trainer to help me get back into shape as I suffer from type 1 diabetes. I have been training with Nic for over 2 years now and I find the classes are great fun, well structured and make me want to return! Initially I started with the Boot Camp sessions that are run 3 times a weel. I also attend the 'Fighting Fit' class on a Tuesday morning which is a great way to start the day. I am getting married in August this year and started to train with Nic back in October 2015. Nic has the right balance of encouragement and discipline to get the best out of you and always manages to sneak out the one extra squat or press you didn't think you had left in the tank.
