I hate exercise and I’ve only ever stuck to pilates because I had a very bad back. A year later, I’m still training with Liz twice a week. The difference is that the sessions are adapted to me and what is going on in my life. Although my main goal is keeping my weight in check doing HIT sessions, as a 50 year old with a desk job, I sometimes have to slow things down to cater for aches and pain. Liz is a true professional in every way! I first started working with Liz about four years ago. Admittedly, I was sceptical at first, having never done Pilates based work before, but there was no denying the results. Liz is not only brilliant at what she does, but is incredibly motivating with it! For a fun, friendly & effective approach to health & fitness, this is most definitely the ONLY way forward

Liz's background as a dancer and pilates teacher means she not only helps you lose weight and get fit, but she improves your posture, breathing and stress levels. As someone with arthritis, I'm always nervous about exercise but her deep knowledge means she's able to tailor my sessions to make sure it's right for my body. Liz pushes you hard but also makes you laugh which is a great combination and my energy levels are so much higher!

Liz is amazing! I lost 5 stone with Liz and feel so much healthier as a result. She is wonderful at motivating you and pushing you when needed but knows when you have reached your limits as well. She is a great listener and her knowledge of nutrition and how your body works is unsurpassed. Liz is far more than your average personal trainer! "I think the main difference between Liz and other personal trainers is that Liz listens. Her workouts are totally tailored to my personal needs so I don’t ever feel like I am 'just another client’.
