Best gym I've ever joined. Shaun is really motivational, friendly and encouraging. The vibes are just so welcoming and I've grown a lot in different areas of fitness due to the variety of workouts. Small group sessions keep things fun but challenging, and make it a lot easier to stay consistent than with other gyms :)
Sean is a cracking guy with a brilliant attitude towards helping all his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone of all experience and fitness levels.
Small group training sessions ran by Shaun. Mix of weights and cardio. Shaun is really polite and friendly but knows when to give you a little encouragement to push yourself further.
It's far more challenging than just joining a gym but you get greater rewards. Caters for all ages and fitness levels.
I would recommend Shaun's group training! He really pushes you to do your best and is a lovely guy who goes above and beyond with all his clients. I trained with Shaun before he moved to his new gym, which looks great! He focusses on HIIT and weight training which is ideal for fat loss and just generally keeping healthy.
