Sg Gym

I have been a member at I think 18 gyms over the past couple of decades. This is by far the best I have ever been to. Fantastic, well maintained, equipment. Never too many other people and 24 hour access. Having such an epic gym in the local area (I live in Rushall) is a true blessing. Feel very lucky and immensely grateful!

Great little gym with very friendly and knowledgeable staff/ PTs, Nicky is the go to PT! Real sense of community within the members with classes and obstacle course race teams.
