Seren’s online workouts have helped motivate me so much during lockdown. They’ve made me enjoy exercising again as opposed to it feeling like a chore. I can feel myself getting physically stronger and my body as well as my mental health feels the best it has in a while. I especially enjoy how all the workouts have different structures, so nothing ever gets boring and I’m learning as I go and I feel like I could message Seren if I ever needed help or guidance with anything.

Seren is a highly skilled, energetic and motivational trainer, whose live workouts have helped me stay in shape during this lockdown. The workouts have been varied, focusing on a variety of areas and are a creative, upbeat way to stay in shape. Seren’s dedication to fitness and wellbeing is second to none, and the weekly price is amazing given the daily content!

Had some great PT sessions with Seren before lockdown. After not going to the gym for so long she went over technique and really pushed me! Was gutted when lockdown started but so glad to have the live classes, they give structure to my day and have really kept me going! Would 100% recommend

There are a great variety of different classes which are good value for money. Seren is extremely motivating and is easy to get in touch with! I would definitely recommend Seren if you're wanting to lose weight or even just tone up - great for all abilities!
