I have been with Select almost 3 years, I've just seen a review on Beeches, I don't agree with what's been said, the manager there supports the residents, residents are not told they can't go out in fact they are encouraged to go out and live independent lives, obviously if there are not enough staff on that day it can't happen this is why we encourage clients to plan so we can make sure we have ample staff. My 19 year old was placed in The Beeches accommodation in West Bromwich. She settled in well with the care staff, however the Manager Sonia lacks all compassion and empathy to even be called a human being, let alone a Manager.
