Seido Karate Colyton

We recently visited the area and trained at Seido Colyton. The instructor Senpai Jack is very welcoming and clearly has a lot of skills in both karate and body dynamics. His focus on fine details really helped me understand how to improve my technique. The dojo is a lovely space looking out over the countryside and is a tranquil place to train in.
