SecondhalfActive specialises in improving fitness for those over 40 and Phil's approach is results based and totally tailored to my individual goals. Phil has a vast amount of personal experience, knowledge and training which he brings to each session. I'm really enjoying regular training which keeps me motivated, and feel stronger and fitter than ever before. Plus you get to choose your own tunes in Phil's private gym space and Zoom classes! Would recommend.
