I have been practicing pilates in Julie's classes for a while now, face to face before Covid and Zoom classes since then. I have really enjoyed the benefits of these classes, particularly on my back mobility. I had a eureka moment today( after last night's class) when my glutes kicked in whilst out walking, what a difference, no knee or hip pain. I can truly say these Pilates classes with Julie really have made a difference to my mobility and strength. Would thoroughly recommend.
