I started personal training with Sean a few weeks ago & I can honestly say I wish I'd done it years ago! Im a mum of 4 & over the years I've joined various gyms never staying motivated enough or having the right knowledge to achieve any goals ... The motivation , support & encouragement from Sean is second to none ... A few weeks in & im already feeling better than I have in years!! ... He's extremely professional & friendly I would definitely recommend booking in with him to see for yourself!

Sean pushes me to my limits everyweek! Before the bootcamp i was low in confidence and at a stand still but now i feel full of life and happy.Sean cares about everyone that trains with him and commits to us acheiving our goals.

Sean has been training me now for nearly 18 months. He has been excellent at understanding my fitness needs and goals, and his sessions have been tailored to cover these. Because of this I am leaner and have gained more muscle (as I wanted!). Sean is also a great motivator and a genuine top bloke.

I have lost lot of weight with seans help and diet tips. my fitness levels have increased dramatically and i have toned. sean pushes you to put in your best efforts but understands everyone has different fitness levels. I would definitely recommend using sean as your PT if you want an instructor who you can feel at ease with and get great results!

I have been helped by Sean as my personal trainer for around 1 year now. During that time I have increased my fitness levels and lost weight. The work we do is challenging, however Sean mixes things up on a week to week basis to keep the seasons interesting and to make sure my body keeps improving. I have already recommended Sean to several friends and all have been equally impressed with the results.
