Highly recommend Sean as a personal trainer. I have been attending outdoor sessions with Sean which has been brilliant , he has all the equipment required for a good full body work out without needing to go into a gym especially in the current situation.Sessions are always challenging but enjoyable! ๐

I have been training with Sean since the middle of lockdown, firstly over zoom and now outdoors. Seanโs approach to our sessions is brilliant, he always asks what we want to do and what specific areas we want to target. The exercises change each week ensuring everything is being worked on and I leave each session feeling brilliant! Highly recommended ๐๐ผ

Over a period of approximately 2 years Sean helped me first prepare and then to recover from 2 hip replacement ops with very suitable exercises which matched my ability and my needs. I enjoyed our sessions and felt well motivated to attend regularly. The thought of attending a gym had not really appealed to me until Sean was recommended to me by a friend. The sessions were a challenge and good fun, with accompanying banter for good measure. A personal trainer for all shapes, sizes and ages!

I have worked with Sean for a long time on and off over the years. He is a highly experienced, reasonably priced personal trainer. He is knowledgable in a wide range of areas such as massage, physiotherapy, sports science and dietary interventions that he uses to help clients be their best. I know others that have used him aged 17 to 70. All would recommend. Sean has been my personal trainer for over 4 years now. Before starting with Sean, I found it difficult to motivate myself to exercise and the thought of going into a gym was quite daunting. Sean has changed the way I feel about fitness and is excellent at motivating and encouraging me to reach my goals. I always look forward to our sessions.
