I would highly recommend working with Sean, whether that be 1-1 sessions or his group sessions. I started working with him back in October 2021 and I would not look back!! I have improved physically and mentally and am so much happier with my life style! I was nervous at first but he just makes you feel so comfortable and has you laughing through the whole session! 1000% would recommend, honestly don't know what i would do with out it now :D

Spent 2 months training with Sean and couldn't recommended him more. Seans knowledge is amazing. He helps you with any concerns or exercises you’ve never done before. But most of all he makes sure you are comfortable and supported whilst doing them. Sean is a great person to train with and will build your confidence here. It will be one of the best decisions you make :)

I’ve been training with Sean for nearly a year now and it was the best decision I ever made!!! Been training with Sean for over a year and a half now and couldn’t recommend him more! My aim was to build confidence in weight training and always felt too embarrassed or too intimidated at your usual gyms to use weights etc. I’ve had loads of PT’s over the years but never really stuck to it. Sean is an amazing PT! Ive been training with him for over a year now and have loved every session. Before starting training with Sean, I explained how I wanted to be challenged and he really does make sure he does that. Every session, he makes sure he pushes me and I definitely feel stronger and fitter from this.
