Been coming to Sean’s classes for about a year now and enjoy every one I attend. It’s true what he says ‘you never regret training’ even though we’ve seen some terrible weather this winter! We’ve just started yoga now which has been brilliant. I really enjoy the social aspect and the knowledge and info Sean is able to give you about foods/breathing techniques or just general motivation. Sean is a great instructor and his classes provide so much than just exercise which in itself it top tier! ...
Started 18 months ago. Never looked back. Feel so much better, both mentally & physically. The sessions are fantastic, a great bunch of people, give it a try. All the coaches deliver high quality sessions and push you to achieve your goals.
