  • What a great experience! Just finished a 30 day trial at Sean Armstrong Fitness. A tailored programme of exercises and the attentive personalised instruction is a great combination. particularly useful if, like me, you are getting back into the gym after a long break. Very knowledgeable instructors and a great manner with all clients. Would highly recommend.

  • I've been training with Sean and his team for 4 months and I love it! You'll meet some fantastic people, no-one judges you, there're no mirrors, however above all, and this is the reason for 5 stars...The coaches are fantastic, supportive, knowledgeable, engaging and lighthearted...Just what you need when you're face to face with a kettlebell!
