Sea Training Sussex

My wife and I did the RYA Powerboat Level 2 course with Sea Training Sussex and had a weekend of great fun. Tim, our instructor instantly put us at ease in the initially strange environment of a marina and a powerboat. Tim was an expert instructor who knew just how far to let our mistakes develop so that we learned quickly yet keeping us and the boat safe. Thoroughly recommended.

STS provided an excellent Power Boat 2 course. Delivered by an experienced instructor who knows his stuff & is keen to share his knowledge with others. Emphasis was on safety (rightly so), vessel maneuverability in confined spaces & limitations of boat/skipper in varying conditions. Highly recommended, very enjoyable, frankly superb.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Tim who trained me in the Level 2 Powerboat Course. Very knowledgeable and went away with a wealth of information. Really nice guy and was an amazing couple of days. Briefly met the other Tim who was also really nice and took the time to say hello. Highly recommended and will be doing further training with them. My daughter and I did Power Class 2 course over 2 days. Great speed boat " Sea Wolf " in excellent condition. Excellent instructor Mark, who gave very clear instruction which allowed us to achieve the standard required to handle a powerboat safely. A weekend well spent in safe hands. Thank you

Just completed our RYA Level 2 powerboat certificate with STS in Eastbourne this weekend. Our Instructor Mark was absolutely brilliant, such a patient, clam person with an excellent teaching ability. Having been on boats for most of my life I didn’t think I would learn a huge amount of new skills, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. This is a must for anyone wanting to get onto the the water and I’ll be sending my son and daughter next year. Big thanks to Mark and STS for a great weekend...
