I can't recommend Reformer Pilates or Hayley herself enough! It's been a joy to discover this particular form of Pilates and my 1 to 1 session is a joy to go to every week! I've wanted to try reformer pilates for years and finally decided to book a private session with Hayley. It was the best decision! She made me feel completely at ease and was super informative on how to use the machine and each movement. I'm definitely going to be sticking with reformer and will be booking in more sessions. I love training with Hayley!! When you make the investment in yourself with Hayley your return is you receive personal training from someone who puts so much thought into each session. Each session is different and she will play to your strengths and help in areas to build your foundation. If you are new to 1-2-1 training do not be afraid Hayley is fab and her studio is so welcoming.

I was a bit nervous at my first reformer session but Hayley was super sweet and put me at ease straight away with a session that was challenging but not too scary.
