Terrible staff training! I have had the misfortune to have been mischarged by this company and have spent hours on the phone and email to try sorting it out! Cut every staff meber tells you something different - no-one sorts out anything - no-one gets back to you - i just got so many threatening emails and letters - saying debt collectors were coming round - and I owed them nothing - they have admitted i owe nothing, admitted they were in the wrong and that i have suffered terrible stress by ...
