Scott was recommended to me when I decided to do my very first triathlon, an Ironman 70.3 event. Having never done long distance swimming, cycling or running- I had a LOT of work to do!! Scott has been my personal trainer since 2012. He has a high level of expertise of the human anatomy and physiology, continually researching the subject matter in order that he can tailor his fitness programs to the individual's needs. Scott explains the reasons for giving you specific movements to do in order that you can make sense of how it will help or benefit you. Scott is motivating, encouraging and reliable.

I've been working with Scott for several years now. He's got me through four marathons, a half iron man and many other races. As well as being a constant encouragement and support for me, Scott has be able to help me deal with injuries over the years. This is really where he is different from other trainers - he has an in depth understanding of how the body works and how to maintain overall good health and fitness.
