  • Love these sessions! Scott is the best PT I’ve ever trained with, and I’ve tried a few different PTs/classes/apps over the years. The workouts are always varied, bespoke and challenging and you will find your strength, fitness and confidence building up. Everything is tailored to your strengths, weaknesses and goals. I originally planned to boost my fitness with a few sessions after the lockdowns ended, but I get so much out of it that I train weekly now. Easy to book and lots of flexibility ...
