I have recently attended Scott's "Fundamentals" classes and I have to say that they have been the best classes I've been to in a gym environment. Scott is a great coach. His sessions are very educational and his knowledge shines through in every aspect of his coaching. Scott is an extremely friendly, knowledgeable and supportive trainer. He's taught me a lot about form and the importance of technique during our sessions; so much so that I've improved a lot and can definitely feel a huge difference in the way I lift weights. He's quick to answer any and all questions you might have and his feedback is always constructive. I highly recommend Scott as a trainer - he's one of the best!

Scott is amazing at explaining things in a way that just makes sense. Weightlifting is something completely new to me and I feel like I have progressed really well in a very short space of time thanks to Scott.
