I have attended Kung fu Kingston.Tutor Alex is amazing He is very friendly,Kind, gentle and accommodating person. King fu is a disciplined but friendly learning environment which Improves fitness, concentration and self confidence. I learned how to avoid potentially harmful situations and how to use measured force to escape harmful situations. Thanks ever so much for teaching me all these skills and techniques.

I completed a short course at schools of kung fu Kingston, I felt fitter and a lot more mobile , as a more mature lady I would not have thought I could join in. Alex was welcoming and inclusive in his teaching. Every week my responses improved and I left the class smiling.

Awesome place to train and become a real disciple of Kung fu. Got my fourth level badge at the mo and looking to progress. Lessons are fun with a real clear plan of teaching. First 15 minutes are warm ups and stretches which really get the blood flowing, then punching, footwork drills.
