The best place to get fit, your not left out and your not judged. It's just big enough (not like a commercial one) everyone is friendly, it's like a little family.

Excellent, well structured classes with lots of variation each week, and great instruction on the correct form. Perfect for beginners (like me!) or the experienced. I'm doing the 6 week course, and it's the perfect support for someone that's never done a HIIT class, ever. Would strongly recommend to anyone that wants to exercise more, but doesn't know where to start. The instructors are also very supportive of all capability levels, which is greatly appreciated 🤗

I've been going to Sam's group classes for over two years. There is no way I'd have attained my current level of fitness just by going the gym. All the trainers motivate you, improve your technique and make it enjoyable. It's tough but worth it, Sam has continuously worked to improve things, and never lets the workouts get stale. I can't recommend it enough

Nice bunch of people. Intense 25 minute classes that vary every time and focus on different areas - upper/lower body, core and cardio. Progress monitoring each month / 6 weeks and heart rate monitors in the class. Knowledgeable and helpful trainers. Initially I felt out of place as I was new to this sort of thing but very soon becomes addictive. Recommended for middle age blokes wanting to shift some weight and get fit (female classes too).

For 20 years been spending money at various gyms and achieving nothing. Been with Schofield fitness now 5 weeks lost 1 stone gained definition, made great friends and Sams approach is enjoy fitness but pushes you to achieve your goals. Absolutely recommend!
