Sam is a very knowledgeable and motivating personal trainer. He is flexible in his training to adapt to an individual clients needs and his session are always interesting and challenging. He is able to support his exercise choices with clear explanations of why they are being performed and he listens to the aims that you have and helps you work towards those fitness goals.

Samโs knowledge & delivery is spot on. We made an assessment then an easy plan to stick to. Iโve lost a stone in weight in short space of time. I feel stronger and fitter in myself. I have been training with Sam for a number of months now and in that time, he has really helped me get stronger with constant feedback helping me improve my movements every step of the way.
