  • For me group exercise and exercise in general is a scary thing. Sarah makes the whole experience less scary, she pushes you to YOUR max and not to everyone else's standards and this takes away a lot of pressure. The work outs a hard, but so much thought and preparation goes into them and so they are always entertaining. working with Sarah is the first time I have enjoyed my work outs.

  • I signed up to move with Sarah last month due the fact I have trained with Sarah for over a year and her classes are always great. The price/membership is so reasonable for the amount you get out of it!
