Training with Sarah has been a brilliant experience. She's extremely knowledgeable and I'm in the best shape I've been in for years. Sarah has helped me to stay motivated and while the training program has been challenging, it's also realistic and achievable. In addition to that, she's a really lovely lady and a pleasure to work with!

I saw Sarah for PT sessions whilst I was pregnant. Her sessions were fun and energising and she was so knowledgeable about safe exercise in pregnancy that I felt like I was on expert hands. I'm going back for more sessions after the birth. Thanks Sarah for making your sessions so enjoyable!

I had PT sessions with Sarah during my second and third trimester of pregnancy as I wanted to maintain some cardio safely. Sarah is brilliant, knowledgeable and helped me to continue exercise in a way that supported my pregnancy!
