Sarah’s Tai Chi classes are wonderful for relaxation, through deep breathing and deep muscle workout. It works on lots of levels but is particularly good for destressing and helps with mindfulness. I find although it helps me relax, I always feel reenergised afterwards. Thank you Sarah, love from Carol

I have a long-term health condition and Sarah's professionalism and skill really help with my pain relief and management. I have also just been diagnosed with Adhesive Capsulitis (frozen shoulder) and I know, with the massage and stretching treatment from Sarah, this will help to restore mobility and improve function in this area too.

Sarah is an amazing massage therapist, I get regular treatments and highly recommend her. She does a thorough assessment prior to the massage and really listens to what you want, from a relaxing massage to working on sore, aching muscles. She's very professional and is continually learning new techniques and treatments.

On my first appointment I was suffering with a lot of pain from plantar fasciitis - Sarah worked on my lower body thoroughly but gently. Nothing she did was uncomfortable and when I got off the massage bed my heel felt so much more comfortable - I could walk normally instead of hobbling and lurching! I've booked further sessions and am looking forward to Sarah releasing more of my knotted muscles. CV19 measures in place, and a beautifully calm environment meant I felt very safe.
