Sarah is brilliant and would definitely recommend practicing with her. Unfortunately, for me, only one of Sarah’s classes timings works for me, Wind Down Yin yoga, having never practiced Yin I wasn’t sure what to expect and perhaps thought I needed a proper workout to get any benefit. But I was very wrong, it’s a beautiful combination of stretching, mindfulness and self care, time I looked forward to each week. Just being in Sarah’s space and listening to her calming voice releases the stress...

Sarah is an absolute angel! I have been practising Hatha yoga and Wind Down Yin with her for nearly 5 years and I always leave her lovely studio feeling immeasurably better, both physically and mentally. Sarah has an incredible knowledge of all aspects of yoga and the way her calm, soothing voice guides you through the practice is incredibly therapeutic. I would definitely recommend practising with her.

Sarah is an exceptional yoga teacher. Her knowledge is outstanding and her ability to know exactly what you need on any given day. My pregnancy 121 sessions were incredible and played a huge part in getting me and my body ready for birth. I can’t recommend Sarah more highly!

My Friday yoga classes with Sarah are the highlight of my week. My body always feels amazing afterwards, and my mind feels so much more calm and serene (sometimes drastically different from how I feel before the class). Sarah has such a lovely, positive and warm energy about her and makes it a very happy and relaxed experience. Each week is different from the next, so it never gets boring.

I have been enjoying Yoga with Sarah for the last 2 years and experienced both in person sessions and online sessions. Her soothing, calm voice whisks you away from what is preoccupying your mind allowing you to deeply relax and enjoy the yoga. I leave each session with renewed vitality and always have just the best sleep that night. Totally recommend this most perfect yoga/meditation blend.
